Carb Conscious Cooking

What’s the deal with CARBS? Are they good? Are they bad? Are they necessary?  Chefs Jackie and Shane, and Dietitian Melanie are joining forces to teach you some delicious ideas for reducing carbohydrates in the meals you enjoy. A keto-, paleo-, diabetes-friendly meal including low-carb cocktails will be served.
