Online Class: Celebrate the New Year with Authentic Argentinean Asado

For all those who enjoy entertaining with friends and family, this class will show you all that you need to prepare an authentic Argentinian Asado Party for 4! Are you ready to become the “Gaucho” in your own home, and share your love and excitement for food with your friends? Then join us as we prepare Argentinean Asado, and you learn how to select and prepare the most wanted Argentinean cuts, and we even make your own chorizo! There is one important cut of meat missing from the menu below that will be included in your kit! Can you guess which one it is? If you can guess the missing cut correctly, you will receive a prize! (Include your guess in the comment box at time of registration)

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for4 servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Traverse Mountain Cooking School on Wednesday, December 30th, from 12:00 pm. to 6:00 p.m.
