Cheese and Charcuterie with Wine Tasting

Cheese and Charcuterie (a French word for smoked, dry-cured, or cooked meats) class at Harmons: Nothing short of fun, delicious, and educational.

Chef Daniela along with a Harmons certified cheese professional will guide you to build your own, perfect cheese and charcuterie board!

An enjoyable wine pairing and wine education will be included so your next party is a success! We will be tasting wines and cheeses from California region

There will be a drawing for a cutting board and cheese knife set (valued at $40).

Attendees for this class must be 21 years of age or older. Please be sure to remember your government issued I.D.
