Online Class: Cheese and Wine of Spain

Spain has a rich history in the cheese and wine world and in a way is the gateway to the old world for these specialty products.  The tremendous variety of Spanish wine and cheese stems from the country’s geographical and climatic diversity.  Join Certified Cheese Professional Matt DeLoach and wine specialist Cory DeLoach as they walk you through Spain’s famous regions, their classic grapes, the incredible cheese, and the astonishing stories that make Spain so special.

Note: Alcohol will not be provided with your kit, and you will need to purchase your own wine. We will provide you with a list of wines one week before the class including the DABC item codes and locations with those wines in stock, along with the amount they have on hand.

Each seat purchased includes a chef prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at City Creek cooking school on Thursday, June 10th, from 12 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
