Join us for a class where Chef Daniela can share some of her culture with you! Chef Daniela was born and raised in Brazil, and in this class she will show you photos, share Brazilian music, drinks and the best part: delicious food. Come hungry!

Appetizer from Amazonia: Crab Cake (Casquinha de Carangueijo)
1st course: Bahia Creamy Shrimp (Bobo de Camarao)
2nd course: Fortaleza CE Risotto Brazilian-style Cheese and Black-Eyed Peas (Risotto de queijo de Coalho)
3rd course:  Rio Grande do Sul Roasted Spare Ribs with Butternut Squash Puree (Costela com Aborora Dourada)
Dessert Duet: Mini Passion Fruit Mousse,  Papaya Cream with Currant Liquor
Drinks: Caipirinha, Guarana, creamy limeade and fruit cocktail
