Chef’s Table: Daffodil Dreams – Welcoming the Spring Equinox!

The chefs at City Creek are dreaming of longer days and springtime flavors! Cultures around the world have welcomed the Spring Equinox with dishes and celebrations for millennia. We will explore some of these customs and cuisines with a fabulous six-course meal complete with beverages at each course, both with or without alcohol. Although the chefs will talk about their dishes and the stories behind them, no recipes are provided this time to allow the chefs to let their imaginations run wild! We even do the dishes! Sit back, relax, and let City Creek treat you to a rejuvenating springtime feast!
