Chef’s Table: Green and Gold, A Salute to Whiskey!

Whiskey is a distinguished liquor that can be enjoyed on the rocks, neat, or in a mixed drink on a night out. It can also bring special flavors to sauces, entrees, and even desserts! Come join our City Creek Chefs as they explore whiskeys from around the world in all their nuances. There will be whiskey tasting-pours as we serve you an elegant 6-course dinner. We do the cooking and the cleaning so you can relax and enjoy a warm and mellow evening in honor of St. Patrick’s day. By popular demand, we are running this Chef’s Table twice (Thursday and Friday) so that more of our customers can participate in this special event.

Menu:

  • Jameson Whiskey and Aged Gouda, Dried Apricots, Cherries, and Nuts
  • Sweet Corn with Maple-Bourbon Brown Butter and Bacon salad
  • Uncle Nearest 1884 (small batch whiskey)Smokey salmon and julienne greens and herbs
  • Guinness Pretzel with Cheddar Sauce
  • Cornish Game Hen with Scotch
  • “Coffee and Doughnuts”- Coffee Semifreddo and Japanese Whiskey Apple Fritter

Seats are priced per person.

Attendees for this class must be 21 years of age or older. Please be sure to remember your government-issued I.D.
