Chef’s Table: Kickin’ Along Route 66

Get your kicks at City Creek as we explore the Mother Road! We’ll cruise through the heartland of America as we feature dishes from towns and cities along the iconic Route 66.  Americana food culture will be the star (and stripe) of the evening. Yes, there will be barbeque! Seven courses and beverages both alcoholic and non-alcoholic pairings will delight your senses as the wind blows through your hair (if you have the top down…or maybe on your motorcycle?). Smile at the waiters and waitresses as we serve you, no cooking is required.

  • San Gabriel Valley, Ca – Duo Asparagus Salad, with Oranges
  • Santa Fe. Nm – Duck Breast Adobo, Caramelized Pepitas,
  • Amarillo, Tx – Tex-Mex Migas with Pimientos Asados, Frijoles Negros, Maíz Fresco
  • Tulsa, Ok – Catfish, Fried Okra, Tomato Salad
  • St Louis, Mo – Burnt Ends, Savory Ice Cream Cone, Potatoes, and Summer Vegetable Coleslaw
  • Chicago, Il – “Heart of Darkness” Chocolate Polenta Souffle, Raspberry Coulis, Coco Powder Dust, Vanilla Gelato

All seats are priced per person.
