Chef’s Table: Primavera Italiana

Bellissimo! Come take a trip through the canals of Venice, climb the Italian Alps, and gaze at the cathedrals of Milan as we present a culinary tour of Italy in the Springtime. You’ll sample dishes that show how Italy celebrates the season of renewal with fresh vegetables, meats, pasta, and of course, wine! You’ll feel like you are relaxing among spring blossoms in the Riviera dei Fiori as we serve you an elegant 6-course meal complete with wine and beverage pairings. Don’t get up….we’ll do the dishes also!


  • Roasted Red Pepper Croquettes
  •  Zuppa Valpellinese 
  • Nidi di Rondine (swallows nest-rolled pasta with ricotta and a red sauce baked topped with bechamel, prosciutto, and fontina)
  • Pistachio-Crusted Pork Chop, Seared Cipollini Onion, Rosé Reduction, Peas, and Pea Shoots
  • Risotto all’ Amarone, Scallops Veneto
  • Pecorino Romano Cake and Basil Ice Cream, Strawberries, Mascarpone Whipped Cream, Date Nectar
