Chef’s Table: Remembering Julia Child

“This is my invariable advice to people: Learn how to cook—try new recipes, learn from your mistakes, be fearless and above all have fun.”  – Julia Child

Julia Child keeps on living with the help of all of us cooks! Us who continue to following her secrets and ways of cooking. Julia called herself an American cooking teacher, and she revolutionized America’s way of cooking when she introduced her book, “Mastering The Art of French Cooking”. With it, she freed us from learning just recipes; moms became avid cooks as they learned classic French cooking methods and techniques. In this Interactive Chef Table class, Chef Freyka will replicate some of Julia’s most famous dishes and explain the cooking techniques and methods behind them. We’ll chat and cook alongside Chef Freyka, and at the end of the night, we will sit together to enjoy our finished dishes, and  remember the one-and-only that made real cooking possible!
