Chef’s Table: Remembering Julia Child

“This is my invariable advice to people: Learn how to cook—try new recipes, learn from your mistakes, be fearless and above all have fun.” Julia Child
Julia Child keeps on living with the help of us all, cooks that continue following her secrets and cooking ways. Julia called herself an American cooking teacher, and she revolutionized America’s way of cooking when she introduced her book, Mastering The Art of French Cooking. With it, she freed us from learning just recipes; moms became avid cooks as they learned classic French methods and techniques. In this class, Chef Freyka will help you replicate some of Julia’s most famous dishes and explain the cooking techniques and methods behind them. We’ll chat and cook in this interactive chef’s table where you’ll cook alongside Chef Freyka, and at the end of the night, we will sit together to enjoy our finished dishes, and  remember the one-and-only that made real cooking possible!
