Their chocolate journey begins in the tropics where their selected master growers cultivate an unsurpassed cocoa, culminating in a small, painted-brick artisan workshop in the rolling hills of Tuscany, outside Pisa. Join Chef Callyn, our friends from Amedei and Harmons certified cheese professionals for an evening of exploration of the flavor, versatility and pairing possibilities of chocolate.
