Come learn the tricks of the Harmons bakery trade in this fun-filled chocolate souffle class! Merry has been a pastry chef with Harmons for over 10 years, and baking her entire life.  She will guide you through the simple science of making the perfect souffle, guaranteed to wow the guests at your next party!
