Summer is here and so are the delicious local produce of tomatoes, summer squashes and more! Let’s celebrate the season by making some amazing salads and sides with these fresh ingredients. Whether you prefer the classic or the adventurous, you will learn how to turn vegetables and grains into stunning dishes. Chef Nancy will teach you how to bring out the best flavors and colors with simple techniques and tips. And to make it even more fun, we will sip on some Spanish Rosé Sangria along the way.
