Date Night: Rack of Lamb Dinner

Join Chef Casey in this interactive French cooking class including lamb, potatoes, spinach, cream, and, of course, butter. You will learn to create a meal that will impress and romance any date. The classic French dessert l’île flottante, meaning floating island, is also included; a top favorite that consists of a pool of crème anglaise with floating meringue. We will be enjoying an excellent alcohol pairing with our menu.
