Pinxtos, better known as tapas, are a way of life in the Basque region of Spain. Basque food consists of simple, fresh, local ingredients used in a traditional manner but sometimes in unexpected combinations of savory and sweet. The cuisine is inspired by the region’s plenty of cured and seared meats from inland farms as well as seafood from the coast. Join Chef Nancy in this exciting class exploring this famous and diverse cuisine! These small plates are easy, but very impressive, so you’ll be making them for friends and family in no time.
