Desserts to Impress: Crème Brûlée and Pavlova

Crème brûlée is one of Chef Daniela’s family’s favorite desserts and she will share the recipe and techniques with you! This French dessert uses eggs yolks to make a custard. What to do with those leftover whites? Well, make pavlova, of course! This delicious meringue recipe is garnished with fresh berries. Chef Daniela will also provide a snack to enjoy while you create your delicious desserts! We will work in groups of four to utilize the kitchen space more effectively.
