American-Chinese dishes are rich in sweet, salty, and umami flavors. Join Dietitian Heather and Chef Jake as we reinvent the classics entirely with plant foods! Incorporating more plants into our diets has many benefits for our overall health. This menu combines the satisfaction of Chinese takeout and the benefits of plant foods. As an evening packed with nutrition education, culinary education, and hands-on experience, it’s one you’re not going to want to miss. This menu is completely vegan.
