Let’s explore the art of cheese-making as you learn to craft queso fresco and pull mozzarella with Chef Freyka and her team. We will help you turn your entertaining game up a notch by engaging in the art of assembling diverse grazing boards, artfully combining cheeses, charcuterie, fruits, nuts, and more. While we create the grazing boards that each guest will take to their own Thanksgiving gatherings, we will refresh you with mocktails.
