Duck Tacos and Margaritas

It’s time for taco night! Come join us virtually for a fun-filled evening featuring some amazing duck tacos with tortillas from scratch and a variety of delicious toppings. Chef Daniela will share her tips and tricks for these new and amazing tacos you won’t forget!

Flour Tortillas from Scratch
Shredded Duck Meat
Orange-Mint Salsa
Caramelized Sweet Onions
Manchego Cheese
Saffron Rice
Virgin Smoked Lemon-Lime Margaritas
Chef’s Choice Dessert

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for a dozen pastries depending on size and application. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

• Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Mountain View cooking school on Friday, April 23rd from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. or 7:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m.
