Eclairs – Pate a Choux

What’s better than imagining yourself in France, wondering what their French pastries taste like? Actually eating their French pastries and surrounding yourself with the aroma of their Pâte à Choux, the emblem of modern French Cuisine itself. Chef Daniela will teach you how to make this precious pastry in a hands-on experience that you will never forget. Take this experience home with you so that whenever you get that craving for a French pastry, you can become your own Chef and make your own Pate a Choux! 

Note: Because this is a mask-free environment, in-person cooking classes are for those ages 12 and up who are fully vaccinated. This class is designed for teens 12 to 17 years of age.
