Eclairs – Pate a Choux

Hello bakers and pastry-lovers! Chef Daniela is going to teach you how to make delicious French pâte à choux pastry This pastry is used for a variety of desserts in French cuisine: éclairs, profiteroles,  and churros to name a few. We will also learn to make diplomat cream and chocolate sauce to fill and cover these delicious clouds of sweetness. Chef will provide a light dinner.

Note: Because this is a mask-free environment, in-person cooking classes are for those ages 12 and up who are fully vaccinated. This class is designed for teens 12 to 17 years of age.

Pâté à Choux Dough ( Shape into Eclairs, Profiteroles
Churros with dolce de leche
Diplomat Cream
Colored Chocolate Glaze ( purple, pink, blue)
