Egg Benedict Brunch

Eggs Benedict is one of the most popular brunch menu items in America, especially when you make the English muffins and hollandaise sauce from scratch. This class will also teach how to poach eggs like a pro, and the tips to prepping them and holding them for your own special brunch at home.
