Eggnog Cinnamon Rolls and Eggnog!

Chef Tara will teach you how to make rich brioche dough, and techniques for rolling it up into perfectly formed rolls– all while sipping on eggnog! (alcoholic or non-alcoholic). In this class, you will prepare 12 eggnog-flavored cinnamon rolls, right up until it’s time to bake them. Then you will take home your rolls, refrigerate them overnight, and bake them fresh in the morning. Perfect for filling your house up with the aroma of delicious holiday spices to help wake everyone up, giving you all the help you need to prepare the rest of your Thanksgiving dinner!
