Ready for Saint Patty’s Day? Look no further, this is the place for a great date night! Join Harmons Cooking School Chefs for an evening of entertainment as we learn about Irish cheeses and pair them with some of our favorite local beer. The interest in home-brewed beer has grown over the last few years and Utah is home to approximately 30 local producers, giving us more than a great selection! Chef Jake Driffill will send you a suggested list of beer to purchase so that you have a chance to taste 4 ales that you might not have tried before. This class will help you discover the truth about your own palate and what you really prefer. We’ll taste four Irish cheeses chosen by cheese expert Chef Sage Francis CCP, and learn how beer and cheese enhance the flavor of your favorite foods. We haven’t’ forgotten about food! Chef Freyka Nunez del Prado will be cooking an Irish dinner for you to enjoy!
Note: Although the beer is not included with the class kit, we will contact you with stock numbers for the beer we have selected for the class, so you may purchase them at your nearest Harmons Grocery Store.
Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the cheeses and a prepared meal for you to enjoy. Each kit contains servings for two. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.
