Join us for an evening with Andy Hatch/Farmstead Producer of Uplands Cheese
“Most Award Winning Cheese Maker in American History”.
In celebrating the history of cheese production in America, Andy will lead a discussion of why now, more than ever, is a very important time to support this industry.
We’ll start the evening with an introduction to Andy that will lead to a delicious pairing of Upland Cheeses and various accompaniments.
To this we will add American classic cocktails from Utah local favorite, Beehive Distilling.
All proceeds will benefit Slow Food Utah.
