Do you love baking during the holidays? Would you like to walk away from the regular dinner roll? Yeasted breads take many forms; they can be flat, rolled and filled, or even braided. Join Chef Freyka for this morning workshop, where you will learn to make 3 different types of Israeli breads. We will review all the steps of bread preparation and discuss yeast and gluten development. At the end of class you will get to take all your bread creations with you to share at home. Light lunch will also be provided.
