Online Class: Fabulous Flatbreads

Let your taste buds travel with us to from England, to France to Spain. Together with Chefs Jackie and Tyler, we’ll learn to make fool-proof flatbread and dress it utilizing the best flavors of summer. Your kit will include a bottle of Harmons exclusive Sciabica olive oil. 

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit is built to for two (2) guests to enjoy. For additional servings, additional seats may be purchased. 

Spanish Flatbread: Roasted Pepper, Artichoke and Prosciutto
French: Ham, Gruyere and Broccolini
English: London Broil, Grape & Blue Cheese 

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at the Santa Clara cooking school on Friday, June 18th between 1 PM and 5 PM.
