Sweet and Savory Crepes

You’re invited to another fun family night!   Join Chef Jackie and Chef Jarrett as you learn to create some wonderful crepes. Crepes are not as difficult to make as most people think. Join us as we burst the secrets to one of the greatest wraps in the world. You will learn both sweet and savory filling recipes so you can enjoy crepes with your family any time of day. We will work in groups of 4 to better utilize the kitchen space.

Creamy Lemon-Berry Filling

Chicken and Cheese Crepe with Béchamel  Sauce

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:

  • You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
  • You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
  • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
