Chef Callyn has spent over seven years cooking on or near the ocean, so seafood is her specialty! Join us for this hands-on class exploring key techniques and recipes tailor-made to make the most of the fresh fin fish Harmons has on offer. You’ll practice perfect preparation of several fin fish varieties, combining ingredients to create a delicious meal sure to transport you to beautiful seaside locales!
