Fisherman’s Wharf

Spent an evening in San Francisco to taste the best of the fisherman wharf!
Join Chef Freyka this evening to learn how to make sourdough bread and a seafood soup to warm you up from inside out! we are bringing you two of San Francisco’s must-have favorites! Have you ever heard  the phrase, “Learn to pick and choose?” In this class, we will be covering seafood basics to help you learn how to choose fish and shellfish, how to store it, and how to defrost it (if needed). Have you ever wondered which seafood to grill or which seafood to stew? We have the answers for you. And because there is no cioppino without a great piece of sourdough bread, you will have the opportunity to learn the process of making and preserving sourdough bread and culture as well. At end of class you can take your “mother” home and keep it alive to ensure more delicious sourdough bread in your future.

Menu:
Classic Cioppino
San Francisco’s Sourdough Bread from Scratch
Sourdough Mother to take home
