Fondue Night :Cheese, Chocolate

Cheese is one of my favorite foods. It goes well with almost anything. How about when is warm and melted? It is time for our delicious fondue class !!!  Come learn the secret to this French treat from Chef Daniela Oliveira. You’ll learn how to make cheese fondue using a variety of cheeses from Harmons versatile cheese island. You will have a taste of  beef fondue  with dipping sauces and for dessert, creamy chocolate fondue with fruit, pretzels, marshmallow, and more!

        What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:

  • You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
  • You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
  • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
