French cuisine features simple but deep flavors, most of which are built directly into the pan as you’re cooking! This hands-on class will combine the learning of some of the most iconic French recipes and their unique techniques. We will learn about seasoning, searing, and the importance of patience when resting our steaks to ensure a succulent bite. At the end of class, we will make sure to cover the care for the use and maintenance of your cast iron cookware.
