French Cooking with Cast Iron

Are you ready to demystify the secret of French cuisine!!!

French Cuisine features simple but deep flavors, most of which are built directly in the pan as your cooking! This hands-on class will combine learning some of the most iconic French recipes and their unique techniques with the use of cast iron to achieve a rustic finish.

Every guest will take home an 8″ cast iron pan.
