French Macarons vs Macaroons: Easter Edition

Finding these sweet jewels will be the best part of your family “egg” hunt!” We know French macarons can be a little intimidating to make, but we really believe they will be an easy task after our workshop. Join Chef Freyka as she shares her love for creating, mixing, and of course eating macarons! She’ll guide you with ease through all the steps to make these tasty morsels as she teaches you the finicky techniques of macaronag-ing! We will also be learning how to make macaroons and emphasizing in the meringue technique so that you can master many more recipes in the future!

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:

  • You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
  • You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
  • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
