Garden to Table: Fresh and Flavorful Fare

Join Dietitian Heather for seasonal fare that will give your garden-fresh produce plenty of reasons to steal the spotlight this year! We’ll be tossing together toasted artisan bread, roasted chickpeas, juicy tomatoes, and crisp cucumbers to compile a mouthwatering panzanella salad or “bread salad”. Next, we’ll create a romesco sauce originating from Catalonia perfect for pairing with grilled vegetables and proteins. Served alongside will be juicy marinated chicken thighs and a seasonal fruit salad. Don’t have a garden? Great! Everyone deserves to have these fresh, flavorful recipes for summer whether you grow your own produce or not. You’ll leave feeling satisfied, refreshed, and inspired to make seasonal produce the star of every meal.
