New Year’s German Dumplings

Explore the delightful world of German cuisine with a special New Year’s twist!

Join Chef Freyka, as she shares a great way to party, as she’s done with her family in the past! Learn to prepare a mouthwatering Kurobuta Pork Rib Schnitzel, perfectly paired with some iconic German sides. We will prepare one of the most beloved foods in Germany that tourists go home talking about… Späetzle, a light egg-flour dumpling that cooks in seconds. While in class you will have the opportunity to play some trivia games with your team for a bit of learning, and of course, good food all around the school! Discover why these flavors have become traditional choices for New Year’s celebrations and create a festive feast to welcome the year ahead.
