Giving Thanks: 3-Day Thanksgiving Prep Workshop

Thanksgiving is the time of year where people get the opportunity to give thanks and gratitude to the many blessings and good fortune in their lives. In this class join Chef Jake and Sous Chef Maybel in this multi-day workshop as they show the earth thanks for it’s bountiful harvest by teaching you the in’s and out’s of prepping for your Thanksgiving dinner. We’ll help you create a delicious and memorable holiday meal for your family and friends, plus we’ll do the dishes!

Note: Each guest will make and take home a portion of each menu item for their Thanksgiving table. Light dinner and snacks will be provided during class sessions. Full meal will feed 6 people.

Day 1: November 20th
Cranberry Sauce, Green Bean Casserole, Orange and Pecan Compound Butter

Day 2: November 21st
Sweet Potato Casserole, Gravy from Scratch, Prep Rolls from Scratch

Day 3: November 22nd
Pumpkin Pie, Apple Pie, Finish Rolls from Scratch
