Gnocchi Italia

It’s always a good time for gnocchi! The word “gnocchi” is derived from the Italian word “nocchio,” meaning a “knot in wood.” Gnocchi are eaten as a first course (primo piatto) as an alternative to soups (minestre) or pasta. In this class, Chef Nancy will show you how to hand-roll your own little dumplings of potato goodness!

  • Menu:
  • Tomato Basil Bisque with Shaved Parmesan Croutons
  • Potato Gnocchi, Brown Butter, Amaretti and Sage
  • Fall salad- butter lettuce, arugula, fresh figs, burrata, lemon vinaigrette
  • Focaccia
