The sky may be grey and the snow is on the ground, but how about a trip to the Greek islands? Let Chef Nancy show you how to entertain in traditional Greek style! This is Greek cuisine with a plant-forward theme – a style of cooking that emphasizes plants but is not limited to them. You’ll learn how to make some classic Greek dishes, prepared on a grill pan, perfect to brighten your next Grecian get-together!
