Meze (or Mezze, in Turkey) is a style of dining that originated in the eastern Mediterranean. At the heart of any Greek Meze spread you will find dolmas, feta cheese, and an array of flavorful dips like the classic tzatziki, melitzanosalata, a smoky eggplant dish and warm pita. Mezze can be appetizers or can make up the entire meal. Join Chef Nancy as she guides you in the Greek style of creating small plates for sharing.
