Meze (or Mezze, in Turkey) is a style of dining that originated in the eastern Mediterranean. At the heart of any Greek Meze spread you will find Dolmas, Feta cheese, and an array of flavorful dips like the classic Tzatziki, melitzanosalata, a smokey eggplant dish and warm pita.
