Grilling, Searing, and Roasting

Let Chef Callyn be your guide for how to cook using three different techniques. Become a grilling master with steak, and learn some new tricks to make the perfect pan seared salmon; before finishing your evening of learning with an oven roasted vegetable dish.  This class is a perfect start to your summer!

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at Harmons Holladay cooking school on May 27th, from 3 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
