Hand-Rolled Pasta

Pasta, pasta, pasta! Do you know how to make fresh pasta by hand? If you don’t, Chef Casey can’t wait to teach you! Join us as we show you the tips and tricks to become a pasta aficionado as we master pasta dough and shaping pasta like the pros. You’ll create fresh orecchiette (little ear pasta), Trofie (small twisted strands), and cavatelli (small tubular pasta) by hand — no pasta machine needed!
