Hand-Rolled Pasta

Pasta, pasta, pasta! Do you know how to make fresh pasta by hand? If you don’t, Chef Casey can’t wait to teach you! Join us online as we show you the tips and tricks to become a pasta aficionado as we master pasta dough and shaping pasta like the pros. You’ll create fresh orecchiette (little ear pasta) and cavatelli (small tubular pasta) by hand — no pasta machine needed!

Each seat purchased includes a chef-prepared kit with all the ingredients you will need to create your recipes. Each kit contains ingredients for two servings of each recipe. Additional seats may be purchased for additional servings.

  • Kit Pickup: Please pick up your ingredient kit at City Creek cooking school on Tuesday, April 13th, from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m.
