This is our last hands on class of the year and we want to celebrate with a night where we will cook with ease and have fun. Gather around the stove to participate in this ultimate eating experience where you will learn to sear the perfect steak. Chef Freyka will show you what all the fuss is about when it comes to dry aged steak, and let you taste the different type of steaks to educate your palate. In this hands-on experience each guest will be cooking their own steaks. Join us for this immersive experience!

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:
- You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
- You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
- Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
- You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
