Online Class: Hearty America of Yore

Start the new year with a very handy skill. Learn to make sourdough bread!

Making your own bread at home is an art and a great skill that every person can learn. In this online class, Chef Freyka will simplify the way to make bread and you’ll learn the secrets to keeping a sourdough culture alive. Our bread will taste even better when we serve it with this soup from the early 20th century that all of the Presidents of the United States have had at some point in their lives. We will also demystify electric pressure cookers with a quick review!
