Hearty Italian Favorites

Winter is upon us, and nothing says “I love you” more than welcoming family and friends with a hearty Italian meal bursting with flavors, and showcasing all the ripe vegetables of the season!

This class will walk you through the techniques of searing, braising, stewing, roasting, and pressure cooking; all in one night!  Learn how to layer flavors from the beginning to end of your food preparation.  We hope to see you soon!
