Bake and Take: Homemade Cinnamon Rolls

You’d be surprised how easy it is to make delicious cinnamon rolls topped with fluffy cream cheese frosting, and we’re here to show you how. Join Chef Daniela as she walks you through the steps to create perfect cinnamon rolls, and helps you bake up more than enough to share. What a great way to impress family and friends! This is a 3 hour class, we will make the dough, proof it, shape it, bake it and take it home! We will work on groups of 4 to better utilize the kitchen space. Each guest will take 6 rolls home.

A light MelĀ  will be provided.

In this class you will learn:
How to make a sweet dough
Rolling and shaping dough to make cinnamon rolls
Strawberry Cream cheese filling ( Bonus)
Homemade Cream Cheese Frosting (So good you’ll never buy a can again!)

What to expect in a hands-on Harmons Cooking School class:

  • You’ll work together with other students in a fun, hands-on environment led by our professional chef instructors.
  • You will be working in small groups, sharing workstations and equipment.
  • Classes are 2 to 2 1/2 hours unless otherwise noted above.
  • You will be standing, cooking, and working for most of the class. Please wear comfortable, closed-toe shoes and have long hair tied back.
