Yet there is one style of crust from the United Kingdom that has slowly made its way across the pond, and that’s the elusive hot water crust pastry. This crispy and tasty crust holds up incredibly well, perfect for those pork hand raised pies. Join Chef Casey and Chef Debbie in this hands-on class where you will learn how to prepare the perfect hot water crust with two delicious pie recipes!
